Multi-purpose Outbuilding

OK, ive combined 4 of my wishes. A garage, workshop, studio, and apartment for visiting family and friends. Of course the first thing to do would be to put in the foundation then i could build it. ive been looking at pre-fab kits and found one i think i like that is big enough for all that i need.
its from summerwood, its 2 stories the top being a studio apartment where guests can stay and when its not being used i can use it for a photography studio. The downstairs is a 2 car garage with excess room for a workshop. Dude in alaska one needs a garage as most cars hate the cold.

for the hanover style 20ft x 30ft (which is pictured above)......$51,295 this price excludes the floor, but includes all required hardware and assembly instructions. Doors, windows, and other options are sold a la carte.

Seriously though a wish list is a healthy exercise that inspires in me both creativity and amusement. Contained in it are my deepest desires, my cravings, the things in life that i want. WHAT IS IT THAT I WANT!! and its that simple for me... what do i want from life, from the grocery store, what is it that would make me happy.
